We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily bar operations. This person will have a love of wine, fine spirits and a passion for creating delicious bespoke drinks as well as delivering the classics.
We require a person with confidence , personality and style to provide a friendly, professional experience for our guests.
Ideal candidate :
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine
Strong communication and customer skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar operations
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Eligible to work in New Zealand
Hold a current LCQ Certificate
Hold a current General Managers Certificate
Experience in event planning and bar promotions
Interview required
